Sunny Shores Retreat has unbelievable waterfront views, a private pool, and your own dock on the Rappahannock River!

The main house is designed for entertaining with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, two oversized decks, and beautiful water views throughout. An elevator provides easy access between levels, along with a workout room and dedicated office space.
